Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Jelly Pop app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Elaaldeniz Doan (collectively, the “Application”). Elaaldeniz Doan is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Information the Application may collect
The Application may process limited technical and usage information necessary to operate the game, provide advertising, measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and the advertising services available to you, this may include device and advertising identifiers, IP address, device type, operating system version, language, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, advertising interactions, crash information, diagnostics, and similar technical data.
The Service Provider does not require you to create an account to use the Application and does not intentionally request sensitive personal information through normal gameplay.
Advertising
The Application displays third-party advertisements. Advertising and mediation partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, ad impressions, clicks or other interactions, diagnostic information, and similar data in order to deliver, measure, limit, personalize where permitted, and protect advertising.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, the Application will request your consent before using data for personalized advertising or tracking. You can also manage advertising and tracking permissions through your device settings.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the platform provider, such as Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not receive or store your full payment card details. The Service Provider may receive transaction-related information from the platform that is necessary to confirm purchases, restore purchases, provide purchased content, handle refunds or support requests, and prevent fraud.
Location
The Application does not request or collect precise GPS location. Advertising or analytics providers may infer an approximate location from technical information such as an IP address.
Third-party access
Limited information may be processed by third-party service providers that support advertising, analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, crash reporting, platform services, and in-app purchases. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable law.
The Application may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can control certain advertising and tracking permissions through your device settings. You can stop all future collection by the Application by uninstalling it.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as may be required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.
Data retention
Information processed directly by the Service Provider, if any, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Third-party providers may apply their own retention periods.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International data transfers
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date below and, where required, by providing additional notice or obtaining consent.
